Do you offer annual billing or discounts?
Yes. Annual billing saves up to 20% versus monthly — the €39 / €199 / €699 prices apply with an annual commitment. Without it, the monthly price is €49 / €249 / €799. Cancel anytime on monthly.
How is VAT handled?
VAT is calculated at checkout based on your billing country. EU VAT is reverse-charged for B2B if you provide a valid VAT ID. Stripe handles the math.
Can I switch tiers mid-month?
Yes. Upgrade is prorated and instant. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
90-day window to re-subscribe with all data intact. After that, your data is purged from production. KB exports available before purge.
Can I get an invoice for accounting?
Every Stripe payment generates a downloadable invoice with your VAT ID, company details, and itemized billing.
