Do I need a Czech company ID to use Misano?

No. Document upload (PDF, XLSX, or CSV up to 25 MB) and scoring work for any company in any country. Pasting an IČO is a shortcut in Czechia today, not a requirement.

What does registry pull fetch in Czechia?

Identity from ARES, three years of financial statements from Sbírka listin (or.justice.cz), beneficial owners from the UBO data, and the NACE sector code — from the IČO alone.

Does upload count against register file pulls?

No. Register pulls are metered on each plan (50 / 150 / 1,000 per month). Upload is the everywhere path and is not that meter.

When should I upload instead of pulling the registry?

Any non-Czech market, Czech filings that are missing or late, management accounts the seller sent that are newer than the last filed year, or numbers you already hold in a spreadsheet.

Coverage is not gated on a connector. A Polish, German, or US private company is in scope the moment you have a file.

What registry pull buys you
